This week I am choosing to share the work of Gerhard Richter. He is a German painter whose technique is very unusual. I came across his work one night while folding print magazines. I often watched/listened to documentary films on the computer. One night I chose this one:
It is a stunning display of patience and preciseness with calculated abandon. His work takes on a mind of its own by sheer acts of physics. I hope you enjoy learning a little bit about his life and his work.
